The majority of visitors coming by car will do so via the M8.
Those travelling from Ayrshire should do so via the A737 and follow the signs for Glasgow via the M74 north.
Head westbound for Glasgow International Airport on the M8 past the city centre.
Take junction 28A, signposted Irvine A737 and continue on this road, cutting off at Johnstone, following the signs for Houston (B789).
Coming straight through the traffic lights, drive through Crosslee past the River Inn, turning left at the roundabout. Drive up the hill and take the next turn to the right.
Go straight on at the next roundabout and continue past the Fox and Hounds pub and follow the road past the War Memorial.
The entrance to the Old School can be found approximately 10 metres on the right past the War Memorial.
